Making the Forbes 400 list has only 1 requirement. You have to have to be worth a minimum of $1 billion. Some of the names  are expected, like Bill Gates topping the list for the 17th consecutive years at a net worth of $54 billion, or Steve Jobs at $6.1 billion. Women made up 11% of the list, though that number is skewed due to the fact that many of the men on the list share ownership of the companies and  family fortune with their wives.

Some woman who made the list include Oprah Winfrey at $2.7 billion, and Meg Whitman at $1.2 billion. A shocker for me was to see 26 year old Mark Zukerburg at $6.9 billion and was the person on the list that had the largest growth percentage. Not bad for creating a free site!!
