The stunned look on [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Rihanna[/lastfm]‘s face (as pictured above while performing at Sunday night’s GRAMMY Awards) may have returned yesterday as she was slapped with a lawsuit by fashion photographer David LaChapelle.  According to Billboard.com, LaChapelle claims that many of the scenes in the racy and colorful music video for S&M were taken directly from his own photographic works.

The suit maintains that the video copies “composition, total concept, feel, tone, mood, theme, colors, props, settings, decors, wardrobe and lighting” from eight of his own images.

So far, there has been no comment from Rihanna’s camp.  LaChapelle is suing for unspecified damages.
