Sexy soft rocker and Season 7 Winner of American Idol,[lastfm link_type="artist_info"] David Cook[/lastfm], just released a new video for his original song “The Last Goodbye” and announced that he was going back on American Idol to do a live performance of the 1985[lastfm link_type="artist_info"] Simple Minds[/lastfm] hit “Don’t You (Forget About Me).”
Cook has always had a super unique take on the covers that he does of any song; each song comes out sounding like a David Cook original.
