According to TMZ, the man was a member of Bieber’s singer’s security team in plainclothes who jumped into action when the crowd outside the department store became unruly. Except Bieber mistook the plainclothes cop for a crazed fan and put up his dukes. Bieber’s security grabbed the cop, who immediately identified himself and cited the tackling team member for disorderly conduct.
