You read correctly…that does say Sloth Surprise.  Apparently Kristen Bell has a serious infatuation with Sloths so her man, Dax Shepard, decided to surprise her with one on her 31st Birthday.  The best part was how she reacted!  She was in complete hysterics!!!  So funny!  She shared how it all went down on Ellen.
