That sparked a huge reaction on the “Twitterverse” from Britney’s fans to get her on the show!
“I know everybody is excited about the Super Bowl, but I personally can’t wait to see the next episode of ‘Modern Family’! Funniest show on TV.”
Sofia Vergara posted Britney’s message on her Twitter account then Britney’s manager tweeted:
“@BritneySpears on Modern Family? What do you guys think?”
Since then, her fans have rallied behind the idea and started using a hash tag that became a trending topic:
“#GetBritneyOnModernFamily”
