It was back and forth all season between Christina Aguilera and Tony Lucca but it looks like things came to a boiling point after Tony sang “99 Problems” on the show this week and Christina criticized him saying the song was ”derogatory to women.” He called her “pathetic.”

USWeekly.com is reporting that Tony says that Christina pulled him aside and:

“apologize[d] that this became much more of a dramatic thing than she ever intended it.”

“I said to her, ‘I hope that we can be cool moving forward,’” he told Us. “I take pride in the fact that my whole career has been a career of integrity, and sound relationships.”

Awe! It sounds like they kissed and made up! Tony also told US Weekly how Christina’s criticism of him made him work even harder this season and what he really thought when she “forgot” that he was on the Mickey Mouse Club with her back in the day.
