Courtney Love can’t manage to stay out of trouble.  This time the singer has been sued by her former assistant over unpaid wages and other juicy matters.

Jessica Labrie, Love’s assistant, filed the suit in Los Angeles yesterday, citing wrongful termination, wage and breach of contract.  Labrie claims she worked as Loves administrative assistant for approximately  a year, but was fired after she complained to Love that she was owed thousands in unpaid wages and expenses for business trips.  Labrie supposedly suffered from headaches, insomnia and other medical conditions as a result of Love’s behavior.  Joshua Gruenburg, Labrie’s lawyer also adds that Love wanted Labire to hire a hacker to change business records, but the assistant refused.

E! reported that the suit states that Love “acted with an improper and evil motive amounting to  malice or despicable conduct.” Labrie was therefore forced to quit her job in 2011 while Love still owed her $2000.
