This Youtube video just might melt the internet down because it’s too cute! lol

Meet Meysi. She might be the worlds smallest dog.  She’s only 7 cm tall, 12 cm long, and weighs only 250 grams. That’s a little bit more than half of one pound (just slightly heavier than a hamster!)

When she was born, her owner almost threw her away because she thought that the tiny puppy was part of the placenta!
