Lady Gaga got in touch with her inner lion. While in South Africa on a safari Lady Gaga showed us just how close she is willing to go to get in touch with her wild side.
Tweeting updates along the way, this “Born This Way” star shared some startling pictures.
SAFARI PICTURE: in this photo I'm about 10 feet from 13 lions, 2 cubs. I spent about 30 minutes w them and took a nap! http://t.co/VKpXVmgV—

Did she really nap with the lions? We are talking about Lady Gaga, so anything is possible, but more than likely, she was just teasing us.
Of course, there is no joking that she did get within five feet of some lions to snap these shots.
SAFARI PICTURES: the lion pride even woke up at one point and let us come closer

If you noticed Gaga’s hair looks a little funky in these photos, she said she cut a hole in her hat so her ponytail could stick out and noted the scarf she wore was a gift from Princess of Monaco.
Besides possibly napping with Lions and mingling with Princesses, Lady Gaga has also been helping children with The United Nations Children’s Fund on this adventure.
On Dec. 1 I visited Isibindi Safe Park in Naledi to speak w the children about Youth Empowerment on behalf of UN/UNICEF http://t.co/yQa1EYa0—
