Celebrity nude photos seem to surface with or without a celeb’s consent all the time, and in this case, one not-so-lucky computer hacker got burned.

Back in March, Carly Rae Jepsen became the victim of photo theft. TMZ learned 52-year-old Christopher David Long was accused of hacking the star’s computer, stealing nude photos of her, and attempting to sell her photos to the media.

Last Friday he was arrested after turning himself into Vancouver police and has since been charged with fraudulently obtaining telecommunication services, using a computer without authorization, mischief to data, identity fraud, and possession of stolen property.

After receiving these charges, he was released, but is scheduled to appear in court on January 4, 2013.
