The Lumineers are electrifying the world with their folk rock music and fans can’t get enough of their famous hit, “Ho Hey.”
It’s hard to believe The Lumineers were just a small town group from Colorado and now they are well known around the world.
Last year the group traveled to London, England and performed a secret live show at The Sebright Arms pub to a lucky 150 fans. Music-News learned the fans who were able to attend the intimate performance only received 24 hours notice before the show.
To give you an idea of just how intimate this show was, the show kicked off by lead singer Wesley Schultz walking through the crowded pub while singing and playing his guitar. After they performed “Ho Hey,” Schultz solicited the girls in the bar to kiss guys to help introduce their next song, “Classy Girls.” One couple was up for the challenge.
Watch their secret performance here:
This was quite the exclusive performance, which will be the complete opposite of their next performance this Sunday, February 10th at the GRAMMYs. They’ll be taking the stage to perform with millions watching from home, and hopefully they’ll win their nominations for “Best New Act” and “Best Americana Album.” They certainly deserve it.
