Cher’s condominium is officially on the market. She bought her condo back in 2006, paying a reported $4.5 million. Now, seven years later and with full renovations, she listed it for $5.5 million according to TMZ. A modest profit, right?

One of the largest perks of her condo is it’s the only home with two-stories in the Sierra Towers condominium complex. Sierra Towers has been the home for several celebs, including Courtney Cox and Elton John.

Cher’s condo is 4,000 square feet and includes a huge outdoor terrace. The condominium also has its fancy amenities, including a 24/7 concierge service, a gym, pool, sundeck and panoramic LA views. To see pics of the building and other condos for sale, click here.

Coincidentally, tv show host Ellen has been looking to buy in the building for her mother, but she reportedly only wants to spend $3 million. So it doesn’t look like she’ll be buying Cher’s home, but maybe you will?
