If you’ve been out and about a lot lately, you’ve probably noticed that the price of gas has risen a bit lately. Sounds like this is a local oddity- California remains expensive, while the rest of the country is getting a break.
The average price of gas in Sacramento is $2.54, compared to the rest of the country. People in other states are paying less than $2 a gallon, according to the Sacramento Bee! This is due to maintenance issues and a lack of gas imports.
At least we don’t live in Southern California, where the gas problem is even worse-they are paying over $3 a gallon!
