Do you find it difficult to disconnect from work even once you’ve gone home? In France, a labor reform bill is in amendment stating companies are not allowed to contact their employees outside of their normal business hours. According to The Huffington Post, this new amendment would apply to companies with 50 or more employees and allow them “the right to disconnect”.
This means no more emails on the weekend or the holidays for employees in France. NOW, if only the US could pass this same law, do you agree?
