Toblerone Changes Its Iconic Shape, And The Internet Isn’t Having It

Toblerone is more of a European chocolate bar, but I’d be shocked if you’ve never tried it. They sell it in the U.S. just about everywhere. The company is actually U.S. based. Either way, I’m sure you’re familiar with its iconic triangular shape, which has now changed!

The Swiss chocolate company recently increased the gaps between the peaks to decrease its weight,” The Daily Mail reports. The 400g bars have been reduced to 360g and the 170g bars to 150g. The decision was due to “higher costs for ingredients,” including cocoa.

Go figure the internet isn’t having it, and I can see why! The chocolate bar has been around since 1908, and its change is noticeable…and less attractive. The good news is we got some LOL-worthy posts from it. Check them out below. See the before and after HERE.
