How Much Will Sacramento Rents Rise In 2017?

Rent is already outrageous here in Sacramento but how much are experts expecting it to rise AGAIN in 2017?

Bizjournals.com says that according to one tracking firm, multifamily rents (apartments) rents should rise by 5.6% in 2017.

The good news is that that’s slower than it’s risen in 2016 but that “may still be two percentage points faster than the national average.”

So if you are paying $1,200 a month for rent right NOW and this estimate is correct,  then you might be paying ANOTHER $67.12 for rent next year for the same place.
