Carrie Fisher wanted to make us laugh one last time. The actress’ joint funeral with her mother Debbie Reynolds was today at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills, E! Online reports. The Star Wars alum, who was known to be witty and sarcastic, was cremated and now rests in a rather interesting urn.
Fisher’s brother was spotted at the service carrying her Prozac pill-shaped container of ashes. Yeah, the prescription drug for depression and bipolar disorder, which she openly admitted to battling. As sad as the pic is, I see the humor in it. It made me smile, and I feel that’s what she wanted.
