Straight to the point, the house is worth $250 million. I know, right? Oh, apparently it comes fully furnished already. Whew, panic attack over.
38,000 square feet, 4-floors, 2 master suites, 10 large guest suites, 21 bathrooms, 85-foot long pool, two wine basements, 4-lane bowling alley and game-room, fully-stocked candy bar, 40-seat movie theater, three full kitchens, and a 7-person staff. Oh yeah, 12 cars, 10 motorcycles, and a helicopter. Oh, and an outdoor movie theater. And a 17,000 square foot “entertainment deck.” That’s a lot of “ands.” The massage suite and gym have floor-to-ceiling windows with a wonderful view of the gorgeous landscaping. I think that’s everything. It’s in Bel-Air, and is a spec home, meaning it was built specifically for the purpose of sale. I have a hard time imagining someone actually living here, but I think it would make a really awesome B&B. Who wants to go in on it with me?
