Remember this guy? He was all over the internet a couple weeks ago for his unique method of salting the food he’s preparing. His name is Nusret Gökçe, and he’s a master chef and restaurant owner. He co-owns Nusr-Et Steakhouses in Turkey and Dubai.
Well, he’s just announced that he’s opening a new spot right here in the good ol’ USA. It’ll be somewhere in New York City, at a suspected midtown location, but that’s not confirmed just yet.
So if you find yourself in the big apple and want some creatively-salted food, you know where to go.
