They’re really turning the coffee shop into an all-in-one stop, aren’t they?
Starbucks is testing a new ice cream treat in their restaurants. It’s called affogato, and what makes it special is that it’s basically an espresso poured over ice cream. So basically an ice cream float, but espresso instead of soda (or whatever else you’d add in). They say they offered it last year at some stores in Seattle, and now it’s available here in California. Unfortunately so far it seems it’s only in Orange County, but they say it’s been popular so hopefully we’ll see it here in Sacramento soon.
