A growing number of athletes swear by the ‘Whoop Strap.’ It’s a wearable device that claims to tell you how much sleep you’ll need tonight to recover from the day that you’ve had. See how it works…
“Ryan Lochte, LeBron James and a growing number of athletes have embraced the Whoop Strap, new wearable technology. “What differentiates Whoop is our ability to tell you what to do next,” Will Ahmed, co-founder of the company, told Inside Edition. “We look at the amount of strain that accumulated on your body and say this is how much sleep you need to recover for tomorrow.” Ahmed and two fellow Harvard grads created the device that tracks five body metrics 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”
The product is available online and it retails for $500.
