Some people take breaking records very seriously, including this guy. Meet Rick Viner, he’s a 32 year old restaurant manager who considers Homer Simpson a “father figure”. He was adopted and grew up watching “The Simpsons” and said he’s always thought of Homer as a father figure.
I wasn’t even allowed to watch “The Simpsons” when I was in high school so that kind of makes me laugh. I actually still have never seen an episode.
According to Mirror, this tattoo that goes from shoulder to wrist took 14 hours to complete. The purpose? Besides his love for the character, he is trying to beat a world record. This guy in Australia has the record for most tattoos of characters from an animation series with 203 Simpsons tattoos on his back. Rick wants the record for single character. So far he has the most, but to get in the Guinness Book Of World Records, he has to provide them with proof from a doctor or dermatologist saying the tattoos are real. That’s dedication. See Rick’s sleeve HERE.
