The town is being called the most family-friendly, and the best place to raise a family in California.
“Roseville offers young families a good education system combined with a strong local economy. Roseville ranks fourth in the number of high school graduates taking college preparatory courses and 93 percent of high school students graduate. The city also scores in the top 25 for both its unemployment rate and its poverty rate,” says SmartAsset.com.
They did the research based on a couple handfuls of different statistics, including family poverty rate, median household income, 5-year home value, cost of child care, high school graduate percentage, number of people uner 20 years old, unemployment rate, crime, and a few others.
That’s not all. Two more local towns made the top-10 list too! Rocklin came in at #7, and Davis tied for #9. Awesome for NorCal!
