Dominique Ansel has come up with some of the best creations ever. First he came up with the Cronut and now he’s combined two things that people love. Cold brew and ice cream.
I don’t know if I would recommend this as a late night snack because, caffeine but boy would it be nice on a hot Summer day. According to Cosmopolitan, this creation takes two days to make. The coffee is first combined with the house made milk at Dominique Ansel Kitchen in New York City. Then it takes another night to strain it. After that it gets mixed with their house made cold brew and rests for 12 hours. This process is no joke. It’s served as soft serve ice cream in a cone and is $7! The cone will be available through June and Ansel said if it’s popular, he will bring it back in September. Here’s what it looks like….
