Kathy Griffin Apologizes For Beheaded President Photoshoot [VIDEO]

As reported yesterday, Kathy Griffin was involved in a photoshoot that showed her holding a fake head that resembled President Donald Trump.

Well, shortly after it made the rounds online, she caught wind of the backlash she was receiving. She Tweeted out an apology video, in which she admits that it crossed the line, went “way too far,” and was “too disturbing.”

Many other celebrities and politicians expressed their distaste for the photo as well, including her New Year’s Eve co-host, Anderson Cooper:

Chelsea Clinton:

Donald Trump Jr:

Even the Secret Service got in on it:

President Donald Trump himself:

So what do you think? Should she apologize for the photo, or is she within her right as a citizen to do a photoshoot like that? Do you think it could/should be taken as a threat to the President?
