New York Mets Mascot Fired For Flipping Off Fans [VIDEO]

This isn’t funny, but it’s funny. I guess some fans at the Mets game on Wednesday were trying to give the team mascot, Mr. Met a high 5 and got one finger back in return. I feel like something must have sparked the guy wearing the costume to do this, but it’s unclear what that was.

According to TMZ, the Mets called it “an inappropriate action” and fired the man wearing the costume. The best part of all of this is, the mascot only has 4 finger so technically he doesn’t have a middle finger. Still, it’s obvious what he was suggesting in this video.
