Bachelor In Paradise – DeMario’s Official Statement, Lawyers, New Witness

Things are unfolding quickly in the “Bachelor in Paradise” story, now there are lawyers, statements from both parties, AND a new witness has come forward with some information.

Corinne released a statement yesterday, saying she was the victim in the case, and says she has little-to-no memory of what happened in the pool that night. She’s hired a team of lawyers, and they’re “seeking justice” for Corinne.

Shortly after she released her statement, DeMario Jackson took his statement public:

It’s unfortunate that my character and family name has been assassinated this past week with false claims and malicious allegations. I will be taking swift and appropriate legal action until my name is cleared and, per the advice of legal counsel, will be seeking all available remedies entitled to me under the laws.

It sounds like DeMario is absolutely confident that he was not in the wrong, and will be making full-use of anything available to him to prove it. He still stands by the footage, saying that the video from that night will clear his name and settle the case.

But there’s also a new witness account from the pool that night. It get’s a little graphic, so we’ll link out to it, but the summary of it goes like this:
The witness says Corinne was “the aggressor,” and that she started making out with DeMario at the bar, and then suggested they go to the pool. Once there, she “started things,” and, per the witness, the oral sex act was her idea. The witness also says that Corinne didn’t appear “blackout drunk,” and at no point was “being limp and sliding underwater.” After the pool incident, Corinne shortly after went on and “fooled around” with 3 other guys on the show.

This whole thing is getting out of control, and we just want to know the real, full story. We’re curious what the footage that was recorded will show, it sounds like that will be the tell-all for the situation.
