The London fire took the lives of 58 people, and that’s just the count so far. Queen Elizabeth II along with her grandson, Prince William went to the crisis center in London on Friday to visit the families and victims who the center had been set up for.
At one point during the visit, Prince William hugged a grieving woman whose husband was trapped in an elevator when the fire started. If you’re thinking “What’s the big deal?” It’s actually against royal protocol to touch anyone of the royal family outside of a handshake. Prince William is the one who broke this rule, he pulled the distressed woman into his embrace, according to People.
