If you’re looking for a career change, or know a nurse who might want to move out here, now seems to be the time. California seems to be a great state for nurses with 9 of the top-15 spots. The research also found that nursing is “projected to have the second-highest job growth over the next 10 years,” so the numbers mentioned up top there might even be getting bigger. There are about 400,000 job openings for nurses all over the country too, so it’s definitely a high-demand position.
