STUDY: Make Breakfast Your Biggest Meal To Lose Weight And Keep It Off

A new study says that breakfast IS the most important meal of the day and should your biggest meal of the day, too… says that a new study from Loma Linda University says that having a big breakfast is KEY if you want to lose weight.

Their study says that people who didn’t skip breakfast and actually made breakfast their biggest meal of the day had a decreased BMI.
