Study: Eating THESE Nuts Will Help Control Your Appetite

A new study says that eating a certain kind of nut will help control your appetite. See which one…

LOIC VENANCE/AFP/Getty Images says that  study “published in Diabetes, Obesity, and Metabolism this month concluded that eating walnuts can help curb your appetite when you see “highly desirable” foods.”

They also found that eating “walnuts increases satiety and fullness.”

So if you’re trying to control your hunger, add walnuts to your shopping list!
