Study: Eating THESE Nuts Will Help Control Your Appetite

Delish.com says that  study “published in Diabetes, Obesity, and Metabolism this month concluded that eating walnuts can help curb your appetite when you see “highly desirable” foods.”

They also found that eating “walnuts increases satiety and fullness.”

So if you’re trying to control your hunger, add walnuts to your shopping list!
