It’s official, the longtime friendship between Kathy Griffin and Anderson Cooper is over.
While being interviewed by a magazine, Kathy revealed that Anderson Cooper was claiming that the two of them were still great friends, even after the infamous photoshoot. Anderson, of course, was “shocked and upset” by the photo.
But here’s the interesting bit. Anderson Cooper, while claiming that he and Kathy were still great friends, never actually answered any of Kathy’s calls or texts. It was about 2 and a half after the photo was released that Anderson finally reached out to Kathy. It was then that Kathy responded to Anderson that they were no longer friends.
A source close to Anderson says that he didn’t want to talk personally about the photo or the situation, he did in fact still consider Kathy to be a close friend.
Some drama unfolding between the two. Hopefully they can get together to discuss everything and clear the air between them.
